When you get the chance to “deliver”, what will you “deliver?
Having completed a green field reliability plant startup we will share some high level thoughts after 2 years of hard work, mostly in Northern China.
The green field plant’s engineering and maintenance organization was founded and developed with Reliability as a guiding principle. So strong is reliability, that even the technicians are called Reliability Technicians.
This presentation will discuss the Reliability journey, touching on what strategies worked, the problems faced, the lessons learned and offer some insight on how to use AWB and SAP to improve asset reliability and availability while delivering lowest life cycle cost of ownership.
With about 200 associates working as Reliability Technicians, Reliability Specialist’s, Reliability Engineers, Planners and Schedulers, the discussion will center around what it takes to deliver “Reliability” today.
We will conclude the discussion with some thoughts on implementing AWB across multiple business units, internal collaboration and centers of excellence as well as the role of AWB modeling, and decisions for program components.
