The Browse Reports data sheet allows the user to preview all the failure and repair reports using several different categorization methods. This data can be viewed in either a graphical (see below) or spreadsheet style format. Reports may be previewed using the following methods:

• Functional Location: Shows failure and repair reports for the equipment hierarchy associated with this location.
• Equipment: Shows failure and repair reports for the selected equipment and the equipment hierarchy below the selected equipment.
• Equipment Group: Shows failure and repair reports for the selected equipment group and the equipment group hierarchy below the selected equipment group.
• Failure Mode: Shows failure and repair reports for the selected failure mode.
• Failure Mode Group: Shows failure and repair reports for the equipment associated with the selected failure mode group.
